Integrations
The tools Zylar connects to: Gmail, Outlook and SMTP/IMAP inboxes, HubSpot, Slack, Teams, Zapier, Make, Google Calendar, Zoom, webhooks, the REST API and MCP.
Zylar connects to the inboxes you send from and the tools your team already works in. Interested leads can go to your CRM and replies to Slack, and anything else can run through Zapier, Make, webhooks or the API. Integrations are included on every plan. This page lists each integration and what it does.

Inboxes
Connect the inboxes you send from:
- Gmail: sign in with Google OAuth. Works with Google Workspace and personal Gmail accounts.
- Outlook: sign in with Microsoft OAuth. Works with Microsoft 365 and Outlook.com.
- SMTP / IMAP: connect inboxes from any other provider with their SMTP and IMAP settings.
To add many at once, bulk connect by CSV or OAuth. You can add hundreds at a time, and inboxes are unlimited on every plan. Warm-up starts as soon as each inbox is connected. See Warm-up.
If you don't want to source inboxes yourself, inboxes through Maildeck are available as an add-on. See Plans and billing.
Before connecting inboxes, make sure their domain passes Zylar's DNS checks. See Connect a domain.
HubSpot
Push interested leads to HubSpot, where they're synced as contacts and deals. You can push a lead from the Unibox, so your sales team picks it up in the CRM they already use.
Slack and Microsoft Teams
Post replies and alerts to any Slack channel. Common setups:
- Interested replies to a sales channel, with the lead's details.
domain.pausedalerts to a deliverability channel, so someone knows when auto-pause triggers.
Microsoft Teams is also listed as an integration for teams that work there.
Zapier and Make
Every Zylar webhook event is available in Zapier and Make, so you can connect Zylar to other apps without writing code:

Google Calendar and Zoom
Google Calendar and Zoom are listed as Zylar integrations. Setup details are provided in-app during early access. Meetings are one of the metrics Zylar reports alongside sends, replies and positive replies. See API reference: Stats.
Webhooks, API and MCP
For custom integrations:
- Webhooks: receive signed JSON payloads for each event at your own HTTPS endpoint, with retries.
- REST API: manage leads, sequences, inboxes and stats from your own code.
- MCP server: let Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor read and run your campaigns.
